Gambling is risky. It can be addictive. If you’re struggling, or you just want to stay in control, here are resources that can help.
Set Limits
Most crypto casinos offer deposit limits, loss limits, and session limits. Use them. Set a budget before you play and stick to it. Never chase losses.
Self-Exclusion
If you need to stop, self-exclusion is an option. BC.Game, for example, offers 6-month minimum self-exclusion through customer support. Many sites have similar tools. Contact the casino directly or use national self-exclusion schemes:
- UK: GamStop
- USA: National Council on Problem Gambling — 1-800-522-4700
- Australia: Gambling Help Online — 1800 858 858
- Canada: Problem Gambling Institute
Signs of Problem Gambling
- Betting more than you can afford to lose
- Chasing losses
- Lying about gambling
- Borrowing money to gamble
- Gambling affecting work, relationships, or health
Get Help
If you recognise these signs, reach out. BeGambleAware, Gamblers Anonymous, and GamCare offer free support. You’re not alone.
18+ Only
Gambling is for adults. If you’re under 18, don’t play. If you’re a parent, use password protection and filtering software to keep minors away from gambling sites.
